I created atelier alveo to fill a gap in the market; to teach sourdough baking techniques without the need for professional equipment.
Who am I?
Founder and trainer
Elise Evers
Passionate about bread since childhood, I learned to make sourdough bread at home during the pandemic. In 2022, I took the plunge and moved to France to get my French Boulangerie certificate to set up atelier alveo.
